I just need you guys to verify if I'm actually in SP.
So, when I'm attempting to project, I lay down on my back, arms at my sides. I have my legs about shoulder
length apart, and I stay totally still. I usually stay still for about 15 minutes, and I will feel like something is
separating my body, and my blanket that is on top of me. My limbs feel numb, but when I breathe, my chest
pushes the covers up a little making a kind of tingling on my arms as it rubs against it. From what I read,
this feels like what seems to be SP. I feel like I can't move at all, but if I try, I can move... Pretty easily.
The thing is when I do move, I will feel a sort of "reboot" kind of sensation in whatever body part I moved.
Can someone tell me if this sounds like SP or not? Cause from what others describe, and the name, you're
completely paralysed. It seems like what I'm doing isn't SP.

Enjoy.
Wonderful thread started by Bedeekin. You must read this thread James. It is very helpful for you.
I've read it before. But it doesn't quite give me the answers I'm looking for, unless I didn't read clearly enough.

From what you describe it sounds like you are very close to ap. You just have to make it happen.
If you are able to move it is not sp. I used to get sp a lot a long time ago. I could not move at all, no matter how hard I tried. When I waited for a short while while I was in sp about 20 to 30 seconds I could move again.
That's odd. Thank you for the straight forward answer
I try for what seems like such a long time, I don't move at all.
Even my eyelids feel as if they are hooked closed, I don't know what it is, but it just feels so immovable, then when I give up, I easily move it.
If you don't slip into SP within at least 15 mins of trying it won't happen.
What you describe doesn't sound like SP. SP hits you in a very unique way. It is unmistakable.
Thank you very much for the good answers.
