AS usual I woke to find my body beside me. So what is one to do? Go have fun! I flew out my window and followed the highway that led into a close city I live by. When I was just on the outside of the city I saw two Indian men. One had a crown of bear claws around his head and bear claws attached to his fingertips. He had on a bearskin type coat wrapped around him. The one following him was in deerskin dress only, no headdress. I approached him and asked him who he was. He replied Mr. Wiggly feathers and smiled. We started to walk together. He told me that when he moved to Butler, the city I was approaching, There were only two roads that led into it. Now there are several. He showed me what appeared to be some sort of book. I took it and opened it. I saw vivid glimpses of people killing animals, selling fur, waisting what he regarded as gifts from "The Great Spirit". I also saw beautiful scenes of eagles, deer, bear, buffalo in their natural habitat. He told me that the world was getting so bad and he felt horrible for me to have to live in it. I could feel myself starting to slip back to my body. So, I asked him to hold onto my hand so that I wouldn't lose him. He did. I could feel myself in my body, yet I could still feel and see his bear claw covered hand in mine.  Naturally I needed a position change. My left arm was starting to fall asleep. So, I readjusted my arm and slipped back into OBE. He was still holding on to my hand, a miracle! He then took me to what appeared to be his home. There were men, women and children all dressed animal skins of some sort. He told me that this was the home of his wife. She approached me with some sort of beaded calender. They told me they were Navajo and showed me other artwork. Pottery, jewelry, pictures, etc... The woman then told me that she wanted me to have this beaded calendar. She handed it to me. I took it, then woke up. That's the best one I have had in a while. Yes, I am part Indian. I always thought I was Cherokee, but maybe I am wrong.

That's a great experience! Thanks for sharing. I wonder why the woman wanted you to have the calender? You can't exactly take it with you. What need would THEY have for a calender anyway? I found the hand holding thing VERY interesting indeed.

"Mr Wiggly Feathers" is a GREEAT name! I'll put it on my list of what to call my next pet fish.

Hi Dagalvyi

That's brilliant.  What an experience.  I also love the hand-holding - I mentioned it in one of my lucid dreams recently, where I held onto the hand of someone to keep me lucid.  It seemed to work.

Mr Wiggly Feathers - that's too cute!!

Keep posting them - I love reading them.   :D

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

Thanx for the replies. I, like you find it amazing that him holding on to my hand kept me linked to him. As most/all of us experience when we are forced back to our bodies we never go back to the same place or see the same people. The fact that I actually became physically awoke enough to readjust my arm and yet still he held on to me was/is amazing! It is like opening a whole new book for me. As far as the calendar thing is concerned, I believe it to be more of a symbolistic thing. She/they know I could not take it with me physically. I think it is something that I am to hold onto in my heart.
