Some good signs..

I practice daily attempting to AP/LD (Same thing just different approaches) etc and I'm not always successful (three times now), but every once in a while I notice some cool things while meditating. 

First one that stand out to me was I was meditating just quieting my mind not expecting anything to happen, just routine meditation and I must have dozed off for a second or two or something, but I was driving my car and another car speeds up behind me and verse into my lane and I hit him and I popped out of that 1.5 second scene in my head.  It seemed so real, but now that I look back at it, it was something preparing me for something else, I later that week had my first consciously aware AP (if I'm saying that right, I'm still learning the lingo).

The next one was last night I was meditating and my family was asleep, I'm a day sleeper, so I have the house to myself at night.  While meditating I was trying to have another AP, but nothing really was happening, or so I thought.  About an hour into it I was getting ready to get up do other things, but before I did I felt and heard my oldest son (5) standing next to me (just seemed like he was really there) and he was calling my as he usually does when he wakes up.  I thought for sure it was him right next to me, I opened my eyes to see if he was alright and he wasn't there!  I thought, no way!  First thing I thought was he was dreaming and saw me on the couch and came up to me.  Maybe I was not exactly in an AP experience, but I was probably closer then I thought I was or both in and not in?

Hi, I have totally had that happen to me before. I have this signature noise I hear before astral projection. It's the sound of a book or something hitting a hard surface. I also hear other things like people talking but, that's just random. I feel strange things like static electricity, or being poked.
