Hypnagogic phenomena or Aliens

I thought i might have seen a yellow colored LED type light come through my blinds and heard a what sounded like a warp engine exhaust. No warbling like I usually think of it. It was very distinct and real to me. It was upon waking so i think it was some cool hypnogogics. I usually only see giant black centipedes (2ft) and giant black spiders (1ft) so I think my energy breaths are helping.

I'm sorry, but what exactly does "warp engine exhaust" sound like?

not much to go on. Seeing spiders usually means someone is screwing with your mind. It's a common fear-inducer. If there was a craft outside the window, it's possible someone has been experimenting on you regularly and creating the bug hallucinations to convince you you're crazy.

In meditation recently I saw some weird monkey-humanoid ETs one of them making a sort of smiling blink-eye gesture to me - that was weird. I've read of astral monkey-humanoids before.
