I was practicing my projection techniques today. and while i was looking at the back of my eyelids letting my mind wander I began seeing grey swirls. This is normal for me to see while i do this. But every time the color changed to black my eyes tried to open. When i finnaly gave up trying to keep them closed, they opened and i saw loads of swirling yellow lights. I then saw a blindingly bright white light come down and land on my chest. Then after about 5 minutes of this I just stood up and everything dissappeard( the swirls and the light). What could this be?
that could be you having very unnoticably slipped into a half dream state where you were able to see these things that were not there, but still feel conscious.
Hmmm,,,,could be genital warts,,,,i wud get it checked out
It's possible when your eyes kept trying to open, that you were already in a deep trance, and your astral eyes were trying to open. It's happened to me several times before. That would explain why you saw the lights ... are you certain that your eyes were physically open?
idk. It might not have been my physical. and thanks for the comment about genital warts. lol. ;)
