Hello, question.. spirit guides.. do everybody has one, like, a single predetermined guide? or like any spirit can serve as your spirit guide??

I call my spirit guide, my expanded self which is experiencing through me.  My expanded self and I are the same, and at this point I feel very much connected to my expanded self, just a feeling. A very good feeling.

The general train of thought that I've found is that there are two kinds of guides...
There are the guides who are basically an aspect of yourself that your subconscious has created to assist you... AND there are *actual* people (other spirits) who help you.  Generally you know/knew them... most of the time THEY know you, but you won't remember them. 

You'll probably have one or two who will always be with you... but also, don't discount help from anyone who wants to genuinely help you.  You'll find assistance from more than just one guide.
