remote viewing during sleep paralysis

I was fast asleep last night after some energy exercises.  Then I saw 3 men in dark coats arriving on my balcony while I was still sleeping in my bedroom!  I knew it was not a dream because I was conscious and actually thought they were real 'physical' people.  So I was scared that they may be here to attack or rob me so I wanted to call the police.   I then realised that I couldn't move - I was having a sleep paralysis.  At that moment it struck me that I was in my body and the only way I could have seen the men was because they were non-physical, and I was remote-viewing them.  Somehow I knew that they had just stopped on my balcony in the middle of a flight.  They were not interested in me at all.  So I went back to sleep.

Interesting experience, but I wish I had gotten out of my body!

Perhaps you were only seeing a vision of something of another dimension lol I "remote viewed" before, but it was only the physical plane.

I had a clairvoyant experience in sleep once in which I was able to see m mom making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with crackers and i didn't even know we were out of bread that day lol but I tend to be very close to my mom anyway and sometimes feel a bit of telepathy, so this isn't very new to me. I remember following my mom to the store and back with my mind's eye when i was younger, but I only thought it was a game I made up and when I predicted when my mom came to the door, i thought it was a coincidence o.O

Wow you really are very clairvoyant rocky.  My experience was certainly not in the physical because I somehow knew that they were "flying" before stopping on my balcony.  I live on the top floor of an apartment building so there is no access for the public - unless they dropped off from the roof which was my initial thinking.

I call this the 'projecting in place'- the environment changes and it's like the projection is happening around me while I lay in bed paralyzed.  I don't know what causes it exactly, but I have noticed that it only happens when I lay on my right side, so I try not to fall asleep on that side.  There may be a nonphysical reason for it but I don't know what it is-so I have no clear advice.  Just commiseration.

Now that I think of it....I've had lot's of sleep paralysis experiences in which I saw things that weren't physically there though lol I think I even remember hearing voices coming from the roof hehehe sounded like spirits telling jokes. i've dreamed of my parents walking in my room and sort of playing with my head o.O i don't think they were my parents though...I also dreamt of replaying things i've heard on tv, seeing characters from those tv shows, or hearing music i listen to. Sometimes some mischevious entities like to pull on body or something....o.O I've also experiences spatial disorientation. This sums up all i remember on sleep paralysis. To break out of it I might shut my dream eye and pray or yell out the name of a Jesus...appears to work for me...lol

Have you watched the movie EVP 1 and 2? there's also a 3 shadow person in that movie. Somehow there were like the villain in that movie. I wonder what is the connection of 3 shadowy/black person in the astral. Probably it is connected in your dream too. Wonder what it symbolizes.
