startling OBE

well basically every night I like to relax before I go to sleep and just listen to music in bed at night. I became really really relaxed but still conscience of my  surroundings to a degree. then my cat just randomly jumped right on me from the floor to the bed and scared me half to death but instead of getting up on my bed I got up and was downstairs and then got freaked out again and wham back in bed.

no it did.....sorry about not being that clear in my post but I was sick and the screen was bugging my eyes. but thats why I posted because usually would that take you out of a relaxed state instead of plunging you into a full OBE?

Yes, very likely, unless it wasn't a real stimuli. In this scenario, you were in trance and left your body very abruptly, which caused you to misinterpret the exit sensation for having your cat jump on you like it usually does. Could it have been that?

But if your body got so scared to the point of throwing you out like that I guess you just missed an excellent chance of playing in the real time zone like only Nde'ers are able to!

Hehe that can be helpful. I was told that specially the black cat has mysterious powers, in the astral they become human-like and are skilled travelers, so if you gain it's trust it can take you to certain astral places. I never tried it though, don't have cats.

well....she has black on her but not just black shes kind of a calico mix of orange and black
