This morning, I had a very long lucid experience late in my sleep cycle.
During part of this experience, I had a very strange OBE.
At first I was lying on my bed and there was someone lying on top of me.
I soon realized it was just my double. But what was interesting is that when I moved my hand on the double, the double's hand move the same way on me. It was like a mirror image double.
Then I got myself up and I noticed that as I turned around standing up, the double body rubbed up inside of me. The direction I faced determined the alignment of my double. This rubbing was uncomfortable to say the least.
Standing in front of a mirror (which actually was my door) I saw my reflection but no double. Then I leaned to one side and I saw my face start to stretch as though the double was coming out of me.
In hindsight, I may've been rolling my astral body around on my etheric body while laying down but visualizing and experiencing as though I was out-of-body.
Anybody have similar experiences?

i just was lying in darkness and moved my hands first
and tried to see between the movements.Sometimes i ve seen dark shapes, and shortly very bright ones.(Aura?)
I even tried to hide my physical arms, and moved arms by will i ve seen also light movements.
Then i tried this with closed eyes, and i experienced, that in special positions and special hand mov elements i can see energy shapes much brighter and much more liquid.
I guess my view/senses have in diffrent angles altered frequency response.
