Hi!
I had a very odd experience this morning, can anyone make sense of this and help me to understand it?
When I woke up this morning, I laid in bed trying to recall the dreams I had last night. I started remembering them in very vivid detail. I closed my eyes because I got really sleepy, suddenly it was like I was in another world or something, and every thing and everybody I saw was going in super fast motion, I couldn't really make out who or what I was seeing, just so much speed! When I opened my eyes, I felt sick to my stomach, dizzy and had a LOT of anxiety. The anxiety kept getting worse, I started felling so bad that I was afraid I would have to go to the hospital; it was about 2 hours before it calmed down. I still feel it now but it's just a nagging anxiety I can deal with, but I now I can't remember my dreams at all, strange after remembering them in such detail at first.

It sounds like quick actions or fast paced people bother you in real life. I don't know but I think anyone else's interpretation wont be much differant.
Hi Crystal, the intensity with which you felt this seems that it could have been intense vibrations. I know that when I first had an OBE, when I came to, the tingling and vibrations where so strong that I thought I would puke. It felt a lot like strong anxiety. I think you were somehow cast into an astral plane and violently jerked back in the body- that jerk is what made you feel sick. It's happend to me before - not fun.
