It has happened before, not so many times, but today it happened again and again and don't know what's wrong with that, I was leaving my body upside down, floating upside down. Has it ever happened to you?

It was kinda hard to adjust my position, and also, what's going on with the astral plane? That place is a mess, we need to tidy that! I did what I could...

Hi there !

When you say "upside down" - do you mean, with your chest facing the floor?

If so, that is the way I've exited the past 2 or 3 times. I float away from the bed, watching it all the time. As I exit everything is blurry, but comes into focus as I move 2 or 3 feet away.

Or when you say upside down, do you mean, feet up in the air, like doing a handstand ?!

I have done that and soooo many other ways as well, sideways handstand on my head etc
Words.....there was a time when I believed in words!

Occasionally when I've been astral, but still in my physical body, I've been able to roll my astral body around 180 degrees and experienced being face down (astrally) and face up (physically) at the same time, in the same space.  Quite bizarre and memorable.

I've not done the feet up in the air acrobatics - but I believe quite a few have - if I remember rightly, Nay had a spell of getting her whole body out except her head which meant that she was literally upside down vertically... Nay?

Oh, that reminds me, I have also walked upside down on the ceiling.  That was pretty strange and wonderful too.
