:-D So this is my first post,

When i was a child we had assembles at school everyday and everyone in the school was lined up in age groups, there were about 180 children, and something i remembered not very long ago which my twin brother also said he did, was when i sat in the assemble i fixated my sight on my headteacher who was talking in the assemble and the weird thing was whilst i was looking it seemed as though i was zooming in and out and at one point i remember looking under his shirt seeing his bell button but the point is what on earth was i doing but when it happened i never really thought much of it, do you guys have any idea? :? Was is astral projection or something similar. Thank you.

This sounds like what I used to get when I was ill.

I remember zooming in and out on a wallpaper pattern from across the bedroom when I was younger. Take away the 'ill' bit and it sounds the same.

i seemed to have the exact same experiences when i was younger and also in assembles!

Wow... what are they venting through the AC in your schools?

This sounds similar to Oliver Fox's story.

Yeah. I have a lot in common with him. Lived in the same house as him... and had the bad looping Miacrogogic dreams when I was ill when a kid.

Well im glad to hear that it has happened to other people, i wonder if i can regain this ability :-P

Why do we have unusual experiences when we are ill?

Why do we have unusual experiences when we are ill?

I think the answer is always the same. It comes down to our mindset which determines our perception.

Feeling ill means we are not experiencing life in our normal state. So we are already viewing this time as different than normal and this may allow us to see things just a little differently.

Or our brains may just be frying from the fever and induces hallucinations.
