so I'm new to all this, to an extent. when i was about 11 i first learned to meditate, but not for longer than a minute or so. i know the state of mind to be in but i cannot retain it. i can almost sit down and slip right into a trance but then i will start to think about it. i always say to myself "don't think and let it happen" but i always think about not thinking. like ill be doing it right and then ill be like damn i hope i don't think or ill lose it, and then its gone. it REALLY pisses me off, i get veryyyy ticked.
I've done it once, not thought, for like 10 mins. it was amazing. it felt like my whole body had an orgasm. i couldn't feel any limbs and could only feel (at least what i thought) my astral body. i started to think about how to get out and i lost it and got so mad i was like, bonk it. so i stopped.
does anyone have any techniques or any suggestions that could help me not to think so much. or to get out of my body once in a deep trance.

From what I can tell, sex is really pure energy, that can be filtered through your body. Although your body makes a poor filter.
