Title: Subconscious Neurological Connection?
Post by: Jadefresh on September 03, 2006, 22:08:23
I have recently been pondering on my projections....

The latest one sent me right back and as I was re-entering my body I felt a strong thrush through my neck. Is this common?

My latest AP philosophy is that I believe that were not actually traveling to another dimension rather to another conscious within our sub-conscious. A section of the brain that not all humans are capable of remembering entering during their REM sleep phase. I wonder if evolution has any weight on this.

Maybe I'm completely wrong.....anyways I still love to AP especially when I don't let fear take over.

Have a good one my AP friends......

Thats the ultimate question.... I think alot of people are attracted to projection because they think it will provide the answers to the afterlife etc but then they realize "Wait.... is what I am experiencing even outside of myself??? where do I go??" and it starts the path all over again.  I dont think we will ever know.

Hi Jadefresh,
knightlight is spot on. I've been projecting for a pretty long time, and this question is still one which consumes me.
Keeping an open mind on the matter* is a very good way to stay grounded in this area, and it also helps one to sift through a lot of baggage connected to AP/OBE.

*By open, I mean considering the possibility it could be in the mind – people have a tendency to experience OBE, and because it felt real, instantly change their belief to one of it [OBE] being proof of the afterlife when in fact it is simply proof that OBEs as an experience exist.

The thought has crossed my mind as well, that maybe it's a different state of consciousness. I'm amazed at the worlds just my DREAMS come up with. I remember the history of my dreams only when I'm back dreaming. The worlds, characters, and scenarios are so creative and in depth. So maybe we're actually accessing a deeper part of that section of our brain. Why not? And maybe the section CAN control or IS connected with our physical realities.
