Ive been trying to project for about a month, and I had my firsd OBE this morning. When I went to bed last night, I medidtated, and tryed to project. I had some intense vibrations, but they went away and Ive fallen asleep. Then I woke up, and i was in a weird state I felt a big pressure in my ears, that just got bigger and bigger, and i heard weird noises, It felt horribble, and i wanted to stop it but i couldnt, then i heard that the door opened, and my mother came to me and said hello. But her voice wasnt like her voice, it was someone else's. Then she went out, but not by opening the door. She went to the door, and dissapeared in front of it. After that, the weird feeling and the noises gone away, but i was afraid to go to sleep again, so i stayed up for a while.

In the morning i was very tired, because not sleeping much, and i was laying on my bed. I wanted to get up, but my body felt heavy and difficult to move. Somehow i managed to get out of bed, but i could barely see, and I was moving like i was drunk. I thouht, i must be veryy tired, lets go back to bed. Then i found my self back in bed immediately. Then i realyzed, that maybe it was an obe and i tryed again. I rolled out of my body, and landed on the floor. Then i kicked myself away from my bed, because i felt that my body is pulling me back. I floated through the house, and flew out on one of the windows. I saw my neigbours standing in their garden. I wanted to visit a frind who lives not too far, but i started thinking too much, and found myself back in my body, this time in a normal awaked state.

Id be glad if someone more experienced could tell me, what the first thing i described was. Because it really scared me. thanks

Congrats on your first OBE!!!
Hope the first experience didn't scare you too much. I can tell you that the noises are completely normal and I don't know about the pressure, but I'm sure it's something that happens too. It's cool that you were able to get into the OBE again after waking up. Good luck in the future, don't be afraid!

Your first example is one I'm familiar with though I don't know what to attribute it to. Interactions are very strange in that state. The next time I realise I'm there, I'll just move very slowly before deciding what to do next. ;p

The noises came on when I started trying to focus on an object. I immediately started thinking "crap, what have I done now" etc...

I know the pressure sensation. Don't think anyone really knows enough about the whole process to say, but I think it would be safe to say it's a normal transition feeling right before an OBE, so next time just ride it. Remember it's not harmful, in fact, it's actually useful if your goal is projection.

The very first OBE that a person experiences often cause alot of confusion. Some people even report that the shock of seeing their physical body lying asleep in bed forces them back into the physical and ends their OBE.
So don't be upset about that first OBE. As you found out during your second OBE it was much easier to adapt to the situation. Any further OBEs will probably be more pleasant and enjoyable.
