Hmmm...it's hard to say sometimes, but I think this sounds like a projection, or at least the beginning of one...but then again if it was truly a conscious projection, I think you would be more sure yourself.

Hiya,

Got a few questions if what I experianced was a OBE.

Woke up around 3am this morning and thought what the heck lets try a exit.
Used the rope technic and started pulling upward. This was very clear to me. As I reached the ceiling (of my bedroom) I pointed my nose and rest of face inside the concrete wall and got stuck there for a couple of seconds.
There was a heavy presure on me head part for some reason. At this point I was able to pull my head through the ceiling and saw a star night infront of me (this is abit strange cause it was clouwdy). At this point I went on into several (lucid) dreams. Dreamed about vacation, tornados! (never ever seen one) and some other stuff. Never experianced the enter back sensation and or the vibrations on this one.

Was this just a Lucid dream? Or was the exit a real start of OBE and did I lose control pass the concrete?
