I honestly don't see too much that's not true in what he's written..
I mean I just know that the things that I can't access, like the full blown astral projections and whatnot, are inaccessible because I'm not as spiritually developed as he may be.
But for the simple stuff, I've gotten vibes before, I've had lucid dreams, I've 'felt' like I came close to leaving the body until fears set in.. but yeah man, there's only one way of knowing:
Try for yourself, it's the only way of really knowing for sure, anyone else's word is just as valuable as nothing.

Well, i'm looking for something to live for, maybe a purpose in life. Reading Astral Dynamics excites me so much, and his accounts are unreal. I'm looking for some verification of some sort, while i'm reading the book. Don't get me wrong, i'm infinitely patient, but lately things have taken a weird turn. Have your accounts in the different astral planes coincided or verified RB's views? Peace
