Weird reaction in a dream...

This morning, I took a nap while trying very lightly to have an OBE.  I fell asleep and had a normal dream.  At one point, There was a woman and a man chatting.  I went close to the woman and, for no real reason, I did lie down on my back with my head close to her feet.

Suddenly, I am "back" in my bed in the special state almost awake but not really (still mostly in my energetical body and seeing nothing), and I feel the woman (I guess) go down and put her knees on my shoulders to keep me down.  Then she put her hands on top of my hands that were resting on my chest (as they were physicaly).  So I was kind of stuck.  I did not panic but I was a little worried about what was going on energeticaly.  I tried a few weak energy "tricks" but none did much.  I tried to feel if I was loosing energy, but could not tell.  So, I just decided to "wake up".  Better safe than sorry...

Now, the "important" question is: Why did I lie down in that position (exact same position as my physical body was)...  Either it's an amazing coincidence, or she/it manipulated me in my dream...  Or my mind made all that.
