Recently, in an astral experience, I found a hand mirror that seemed to be a replica of an existing one in my room. It was slightly different from the real thing, but very clearly meant to represent it. For some reason, I held it to my ear. It told me that it was sent to me by the Green Eyes Society. I wasn't able to get much more out of it than a sense that the object would be reachable by the astral.
So, random bullox, or is it something I should look into? Has anyone had a similar experience?
Yeah, I have had a few strange things, strange names, etc. One time, I saw this big Omega symbol. It seemed very important at the time. Beats me why though. Maybe that stuff is important in some reality but just doesn't seem to make sense to my Earth based awake consciousness.

Well, I kind of get that these things don't have much meaning in our world. I just thought it was kind of odd that they show up. :3
I'm starting to go with the idea that it's all random jumble that I just stumble into at the right time for it to say something. The thing is, I never like to completely write something off. I thought that it might be something from an APer who's looking to contact other people. I mean, it can be difficult to establish a regular contact with someone on the astral, and it might have been someone just messing around to see if they can leave ethereal matter with a message that has contact information. I thought it might have been made by a person, because after the initial message came through it's just been turning back into inconsistant astral mushy-bits.

Now that's really weird. Let me tell you about an experience that I had:
I had been very despondent over the abduction of my cat. He was a very beautiful cat (big blue eyes, fluffy white fur, and very fat)and I know with certainty that he came up missing because someone adored him and decided to steal him from me. He was wearing a collar with my phone number on it, so there's no way he could have gotten lost without any way to contact me.
Anyway, during an astral projection, I announced that I wanted to go to the Akashic records and try to find my cat, Myles. At that very moment, I felt myself being lifted up and in an instant before me I saw a huge pair of green eyes surrounded by long dark lashes. I again announced that I was looking for my cat Myles, and the next thing I knew, I was watching my beloved cat before me. The vision was crystal clear. I saw him walking around in what looked like a muddy backyard. He was walking around very carefully as he was trying to avoid stepping into water. I just knew I was seeing him where he was at that very moment.
Sadly, the vision of him faded into blackness and I remember saying frantically, "No, I need a name. I need a name!" I was then taken back down from that place, returned to my body, and woke up.
I just thought it was weird that I had been lifted up and put before a set of large green eyes and then you mention something about "The Green Eyes Society." Obviously, this must mean something. Maybe another member knows what it all means.
The only thing you can do is when you AP just say "take me to the green eyes society" and see what happens i guess ? i havent APed before yet so im not expert :)

This morning I woke up, but kept my eyes closed..I moved a tiny bit subconciously and that ruined the state abit, but then I looked to the top of my eyes and saw two green eyes, dotting about above me..they were looking straight at me..this was very strange..then I finally had to get up..
This excited me ! Anyone else seen the green eyes ?

I have. One night I had trouble sleeping and i looked at the drapes next to me and noticed a pair of green eyes on it. And i thought it was the green eyes society. there was also some sort of blurry blob of a symbol next to it. But this is one of the reasons i want to project. Any one who projects frequently do me a favor and say "take me to the green eyes society" then post what happens I'd appreciate it.
so the green eyed society appears any where it wants? like, to any stranger's house at night?
that is creepy--- can they harm us? :|

No, probably not. I wouldn't worry about it. This green eyes thing actually sounds kind of cool.

I think we are the firsts to be on to something here. As i said above will someone please say when projecting "take me to The Green Eyes Society? I've always thought of the society as friendly and caring, but who knows?
It was at the night, I was furious for some perssonal reasons. Then I got a shock of bad energy in my whole body and I started to just think about hurting someone, Then I went to bed to Astral project and then something wierd happened: I already was in a deep trance, then I started to look through my closed eyes and then I saw exactly my face with green opened green eyes smiling a diabolic smile, I was terrified! I didn't know what to do I just looked exactly into his eyes and then I felt a gusbumps and I tried to get out of the trance but I was already paralyzed and it seemed like it attacked me with no reason and without moving from its place.. I don't think it was the projected double cuz I know my projected double.. this was an evil form..

Maybe these eyes could be evil forms? The feral sort of beasts inside of us? If I could Astral, I'm not sure I would go straight to them, but maybe ask "What is the Green eyes" Maybe it's not a society? Or it may even be in the Akashic records?
i think your constant mention of the "green eyed society" has manifested into your perceived reality. Your fears are making you terrified and actually creating the "green eyed society".

i think i saw what your all talking about last night during meditation...
i was lying in bed listening to one of those audio tracks for meditation when out of nowhere i see a pretty strange looking woman, altho she looks more like and alien than a human but it feels like shes ment to be a woman. shes holding my head and staring into my eyes.. she has HUGE bright green eyes and she is surrounded by white light. then she is gone and all i see is blackness...
altho it wasn't like i saw her through normal eyes, she was more like a memory in my head...

i can see where you going with this, and yes i recon it could be all in the mind..
still, it was a cool experiance.. even tho she was holding me by the head quite firmly i felt quite calm and collected.. something about those big green eyes :)
she was quite a strange being tho! never seen anything like her!
(for those who may be interested) she had an almost human from but very pale kinda grey skin, no hair on her head but instead a strange looking hat kinda thing that looked like it was attatched to the back of the head.
a very flat nose that was closer to a lump on her face with two nostrals. and a very oddly shaped mouth, also no ears..
I remember reading this long ago.
This society could be a group of people trying to contact astral projectors, or it could be nothing.
Or something else entirely. Who knows?

What I mean is our body's senses take all the information and relay it to the brain/mind then our mind takes that information then constructs what we experience as the physical. The representation of the people we see are created by the mind. All visual, tactile...sensory information is created by the mind to represent the energies these senses are picking up. No one ever said our minds are creating the minds of the other people, but even collectively we do influence one another on the mental level, so in a way that is even true as well.

Agreed. Anyways, sort of back to the Green Eye's Society, I think there's four possible explanations, 1) that some people have heard of this from somewhere, or have heard of other astral travellers experiences with it, and so creating it in the astral subcounciously, so it wouldn't really be of significance I guess. 2) That it is a real organization or astral society of some sort I guess that is contacting people. 3) That people have heard of it in the astral, but it was just a coincidental subcouncious creation in the astral, or 4) a combination of some or all of the above options. So, since we seemed fairly off topic already, anyone have their own thoughts on this or other possibilities?

I get this too, mostly when my Astral legs have separated from my physical legs, if I think of them being pulled they pull farther and farther. They also go up and down as I think of it, and even through blankets/walls/etc. And as you know, thought = action in the Astral.
