Unusual Sighting

Last weekend, I laid down for a nap as I was very tired and needed to rest.  My husband was outside in the backyard doing some fall yard work, when he saw what it seemed to be an angelic being all dressed in white that looked like me.  He came into the house and woke me because it really scared him.  Could you please tell me what this was or if there is a meaning?

I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I have had a similar experience. One day I was sitting on my porch looking over the yard and thinking deeply about things. I think about going in a couple of times, but I decide against it enjoying it outside. Meanwhile, my Dad is watching TV on the recliner just inside the glass door next to me. I think about going in for another few seconds and then get up. I open the door and walk in. I turn to look at Dad and he's staring at me with his mouth dropped. "What's wrong?", I asked.  "You won't believe it, but I just saw you come in a few seconds before you actually did!" He went on, "The shadowy figure looked like you, walked in the same exact way, and then stopped exactly where you are now. You walked into it and it either disappeared or connected to your body." Well, that was what my Dad told me, and knowing my Dad he would not lie about anything like this. I was just smiling because something weird happened and he got to see it. I did a little research and found out that it might have been called bi-location, whereas your astral body may be disconnected from your physical body at times, but it's so hard to explain. Why was my dad able to see it? It seemed like since my thoughts were on leaving that my astral body did before myself, but how could it walk in the SAME EXACT way as my physical body, which was after it. Imagine all the theories possible about this. Like what if our astral body is our thoughts moving before our physical body does, and somehow controls every move we make, which in essence is and does... You may have had the same thing happen, but you were asleep instead.
