Hey KosmoJ, this had been spoke about quite a bit on the forums, in a nut shell the sounds you describe are very normal, try your best to ignore them it might be what is stopping you from getting any further. [^]

You might want to use the search tool, on dweller on the threshold, or scary sounds..etc..

Hey everyone! I know I haven't posted in quie some time but I haven't really had much to say, but I have been reading everything on here. I have been trying to project for probably almost a year now with no luck except for a very short lucid dream.  Well, recently, after I'm about 10 or 15 minutes into my meditation, I start to hear different wierd sounds that actually seem VERY real, but I'm actually in perfect silence.  The sounds come as many things, sometimes wierd music and sometimes even voices.  I think it might be just me imagining things, but I can only hope its some sort of connection with the astral.  When they start to get a little too real I've been making myself tune back in with the real world and hear that theres nothing but silence.  Anyone know what this is?
