To weird

I had my first obe/ap recently. I kind of floated out and landed on the floor, no control really. Now the weirdest thing occured. I looked to the bed and my physical body rised from the bed and jumped at my astral body when i was crawling around on the floor. I then woke up. Has anyone here experienced something like this?

Why (or how) did you jump out of bed if you were astral projecting? Your body shouldn't be able to do that without your volition.

Either your physical body was possessed, or your subconcious mind took over the experience. When you awoke were you in the same place as you were before you projected?

yes, i projected from the bed and i woke up in the bed. One more thing, when i woke up i saw a big spider crawling in the ceiling, it faded away quickley, maby it was astral wildlife in action. Anyone?

It sure didn't feel like a dream, it felt as real as i'm writing this. My vision wasn't crystal clear though, so maby there was some kind of a mixup, but it is beyond me

to be honest astral wildlife is most likely created by your own subcouncious mind, if you woke up in your bed there is nothing to worry about it was just your own mind creating the effect!
