Hi I'm new here and I just wanted to share with everyone what's been happening to me. Earlier today when I was taking a nap I was in the state where I felt the vibrating and the weight on my back since I sleep on my stomach. I couldn't do anything so I tried to move a finger or a foot. I opened my eyes and saw a gray ghostly face staring at me so I closed my eyes. Right after that it felt as if my body was floating up into the sky and I didn't know what to do after that. I tried to think myself into another place but soon awoke.
This keeps happening to me, except with me I feel as though I am being thrown into the sky, really fast and fly through my ceiling and then I just either end up dreaming or wake up.
