I ap'd about nine times this morning

Hey this morning i had a really great ap session.  I was really hungover and i got up to get a drink of water.  I went back to bed and decided to try to ap since i was really relaxed.  My brother was watching tv and i was trying to keep my mind as clear as possible.  All of sudden i hear my ears ringing.  They start getting louder and louder and louder.  I thought about floating up out of my body and sure enough i was out.  i was walking around my room and then i went out to see if my brother could maybe see me.  I think by this time i was lucid dreaming.  When i went out to the living room my brother did see me and we were talking and i was really excited.  Then i flew away through the roof and tried to get him to fly too but he couldn't.  Then i woke up.  In real life my brother didn't see me.
    So i tried to ap again.  I relaxed my body, cleared my mind, and focused on the ringing in my ears.  Again, they started to get louder and louder like really high pitched rushing wind.  And i thought about floating out, and it worked again.  Each time i would go into a lucid dream for probably about 20 minutes.  Then wake up, then do the same thing.  
   I have a question for anyone who is experienced.  How do i visit places like the akashic field and how can i talk to my spiritual guide and learn things i need to know?

Hi there sounds like fun. I have the same experiences from time to time. I am actually more inclined to believe they are WILDS (wake induced Lucid dreams) . If you want to try something more constructive in that state try to let yourself fall backward, this might trigger a actual RTZ OBE. Equally important try to walk through as many doors as you can as they often lead straight to the astral. Sometimes there is sort of a reality shift as you pass them
