Uncomfortable pressure

For the past few months, every time I find myself in a trance/out of body state, I have been having these uncomfortable pressures in the sides of my stomach-- as if someone was poking me very aggressively... at the same time my OBE's have not been extremely pleasant lately... I have never had bad experiences and what happened this morning was probably the worst.

I hadn't had an OBE in about a month because I had been actively preventing them due to the aforementioned pressures-- this morning I said to myself bonk it, just relax and see what happens. I found myself in a meditate state and the pressure was there; I looked past it and after an ambiguous period of time it became less irritating and I pulled out. I was in OBE and was trying to think of what to do, and suddenly it came to me "A****!", (the name of someone I love dearly) "take me to her!" I said to no one in particular. I begin to rise up towards my ceiling with glee, thinking to myself that it was working. When I got up there a circular ring of spikes shot out of the ceiling, and and there was an electrical buzzing sound effect (as if I had gotten a wrong answer on a gameshow)! I was then plummeted to the ground, and in fear of what was below, I snapped myself out of my OBE.

Has anyone ever encountered anything similar to this? Comments, questions, and advice are appreciated.

My opinion is that you heard astral noise, which is a projection symptom, and your subconscious turned it into the spike thing (in other words, it created a reason for the noise) and you perceived it that way.  Such noises are common upon immediately projecting, and go away as soon as you get away from your physical body, provided you don't freak out and slam back in.

Hm, maybe, but I definitely recall the vision of the spikes occurring right before the buzz sound.
