Hey, it's been a while since I've posted. :P I'm still noticing my experiences come few and far between, except lately..

The last couple times strike me as very odd. I live at my friend's house. His brother never gets up for school and his mother always ends up yelling at him for like 3 hours to get up. So, one morning about a week ago, she was screaming at him to get up, and I was just trying to sleep. I don't know how I managed to do it, but I projected.. I crawled out of my body and over to the TV (By the way, the sensation of detaching from the body is SO unpleasant, haha!). It didn't last long--I quickly fell asleep. But, I remember dreaming that I was searching through the fridge and I found berry punch! I was so excited. I remember waking up and being like, wow, how'd I project in that? And then I went upstairs and my friend's mom had bought berry punch. ........ I was so excited. :P

I came down with a cold.. I went to sleep at like 5:30 last night and slept through til 7 AM. I was so weak and tired, though, that I just wanted to keep sleeping. I remember in a book I read, sick people tend to project more cause they sleep more or something. So! I tried to project. And it was .. well, effortless! I did it twice. The first time, I got out and I was walking around blindly (curse the fact I can't see!), and I felt the TV that was across from me. I felt myself fall asleep again, and somehow I woke up, shifted a little bit, then tried to project again--once again, it was effortless. I thought I was projecting the whole time, but I was only lucid dreaming after I got out of my body. I was talking to my friend's brother on the couch, and I saw my friend walk upstairs, but I couldn't get through the door. I said to myself, "Wait can't I go through walls?" So I tried, and nope. I can't. So he came back downstairs and back in his room, so I hopped on the bed next to him and he was like.. shocked. I said, "Hey Patrick." He was like, "Hey Liz.." sort of wary-like. He started looking around me, but still knowing where I generally was. I said, "Wait, can you see me or no?" He said no. I said, "Can you hear me?" He said yes. I still thought I was projecting even through this. The thing is, there were blankets, a lot of them, that I recognized as my own from home. The bed was like.. really HIGH up. And the room stopped being his in general, but he was still there with me. He looked and me and asked what happened, and I asked him what he meant. He looked up at me and started to cry saying, "Something must have happened to you, oh god, what happened to you..?" The sight of him crying really strikes a nerve in me which makes me want to cry, so instead of answering him, I just hugged him and tried to calm him down. The only thought that ran through my head, which I think I meant to say to him was, "Do I really mean this much to you?" And then I woke myself up.

The thing is, the conversation I had with his brother happened today.. a couple hours after I woke up. There's more instances from the time before and this time that parallel to my waking reality, so I've noticed that whenever I "project" or lucid dream as it turns out to be, ... the things from it come true! I remember about a month ago, I had a lucid dream that my friend and I had a certain encounter. The dream was dream-like, but what happened and the visuals that went with it happened later on that night, including the sunrise I saw through the window. It's happening more and more lately, and I'm wondering why it's happening or if I could control it further...

If any more of the things that happened from this morning's projection come true, I may be a little.. taken back. :P But I'd be sure to post it.

Nice experience! Hi, I'm from Astral Viewers. In there we'd say that you had a 2nd phase OOBE (astral projection) as opposed to 1st phase (here-now physical reality). Well, here's a more thorough definition of the terms:

1st Phase OOBE: Belief-centric biased name:
Ethereal Projection

Your consciousness seemingly remains in the physical realm upon separation and therefore is able to see the physical body. You will be able to see the world exactly as it is. Sometimes the colours of the physical world will appear strangely muted, as if the world is being observed through a faint mist, and other times the colours will be clear. You can obtain information in the physical realm which was previously unknown to you, or information of events which at the time you couldn't possibly have known about through your physical body. You are usually a floating point of consciousness and movement seems constant and gradual as though one moves through 'frames of space'. At times, the experiencer may consciously or unconsciously manifest a transparent or shadowy body. One can phase into the 2nd phase experience from here.

2nd Phase OOBE: Belief-centric biased name:
Astral Projection

You may find yourself in what appears to be a remarkable replica of the real world, albeit inaccurate. Familiar objects may be out of place or absent, sometimes unfamiliar objects are seen, and other structural anomalies may be observed. This is the metaphysical realm which many people call "astral plane". You can visualise an environment of your choosing or visit what appears to be the worlds of others. I suspect that dreams are projections or belief system constructs in the realm of thoughts too. The environment can seem extremely real. Some experiences here seem to indicate that one is also capable of perusing the minds of people who are awake, thus making telepathy possible. One may also perceive an inaccurate replica of what the person is doing in the physical realm because, even as we think during the day, we are constantly projecting thought forms in that frequency. This type of experience seems easier to achieve.

Pay attention to what's in red in the 2nd phase category. I added it because personal experiences led me to believe that OOBEs to the metaphysical realm have the potential to be telepathy. They may also turn precognitive or retrocognitive. Dreams can do this too. In fact, I posit that dreams (whether lucid or non-lucid) happen in the same realm as "astral projections". What differs is your focus and how self-aware you are.

In your experience, you may have tapped into the subconscious minds of the people you live with and you spoke to their unconscious selves. They wouldn't be aware of the conversations because they were not tuned to the same frequency as you at the time. This hypothesis is valid if you consider that we actually exist everywhere and in all realms at the same time. A simpler explanation is that we constantly dream - even while we are awake!!

Towards the end of the experience you started to see what was more familiar to you from home because your focus was shifting towards the 'stuff' from your mind. I highly suspect that when we dream or project, we step into a realm made of thought whre we as a consciousness can experience the personal or the collective - so it is not surprising that telepathic experiences are possible (I've often visited people in 2nd phase and as it turns out, it appears that I saw what was on their minds at the time or even what they were dreaming about). Try this! It's funny because a lot of the times your "visit" experiences seem to make more sense to the visited than to yourself.

Retrocognition and precognition is not surprising either if you consider a realm unbounded by the time of this physical reality and where potentials and probables may already be manifest and viewed there before they manifest here. The more experience you gain, the more interesting observations you'll make! Trust me!

By the way, in 2nd phase, you can touch objects but, if you believe that you can actually go through walls, press your fingers against a wall for some time and imagine that the fingers go through it. You'll find that they will start to gradually sink into the wall - which is not really solid in the first place - it is only being perceived as solid.

Things in the physical realm aren't really "solid" either, as any quantum physicist will tell you, but that's a different story...

Thanks for sharing this amazing experience, btw!!! :-)

Ah, okay. It crossed my mind that it was probably on the astral plane, but I wasn't sure. In that sense, projecting on the astral plane and lucid dreaming are one in the same. It's very, very interesting that you bring up the telepathy point. So, keeping that in mind, it's possible that I was talking to his unconscious? That freaks me out a little bit considering his conscious is a little less... emotional, unless his unconscious is where all his emotions lie (which makes perfect sense, let me tell you). Then again, if the unconscious is raw emotion and intent then it makes absolute perfect sense.

I also agree with the point that we exist everywhere all at once. (:

But yeah, reading this has enlightened me a little bit! I never thought of it as being a form of telepathy, so to speak.

Yes, he's not showing all his emotion but his unconscious self won't lie.

On the telepathy note...these experiences have the potential to turn telepathic because 2nd phase OOBEs deal with the realm of thoughts. Here's a few experiences where telepathic links and confirmations seem apparent. This is truly fascinating stuff:
