Hi, this experience is from a few days ago. I tried using a command as I was aware that I was going out-of-body. Twice, I said to myself "Bring me to Wales." Instead of teleporting to my favourite country (like I have in the past), I ended up getting stuck trying to fly out my window. Upon impact I ended up at the house of former residence (where I cut off contact to help heal from their abuse). While floating around I overheard a conversation between "Carla" and "Greg" (not their real names) about American football and them "playing at whatever field they wanted now." They have always been really into sports so that conversation would be expected.
Not having been a fan, I did not know until I heard it from my neighbours a few days later that Notre Dame played Navy at a field in Ireland. Greg's favourite team is Notre Dame. Maybe the team was passing through Wales to catch the ferry to Ireland to play at the time I has this experience. I had not made the possible connection until I overheard my neighbours.
Perhaps the impact upon the window threw off my astral perception and back into the trauma zone; I often had nightmares about Greg and Carla.
Well that doesn't sound pleasant at all!
Sounds like you might have healed on an intellectual level, yet on a being level, there is a little bit more you have to do regarding this former residence and those two individuals?
Your subconscious mind sounds like it wanted to show that to you for a reason. Hmmm
