Just tried to astral project again, and I delt like I got very far this time. So far that I felt my body was far away, and it felt distorted, like some body parts bigger or smaller then in reality. Anyway, now I come back, and I'm wide awake! I have school tomorrow and should really get to sleep but can't due to me having lots of energy now. Is this normal? Will this energy I have now make up for the sleep I miss?

The expansion feeling is completely normal. Right now you are extremely excited by the fact that you are seeing progress. Now, tell yourself that you realize this, but you must go to sleep now. I do this with pain sometimes while working, I say to myself I realize I am hurting right now, but I have to work, so when I get home you can hurt me all you want, but not right now. Sometimes just acknowledging something is enough to make it go away, well at least temporarily.

its normal. you are getting really close to aping. and doing what you did is like a really strong meditation. and your body fell asleep while you did this and it had time to repair if you will. being excited for makeing is closer dosent help eather. just do the same thing and this time fall alseep. most of the people that ap fall asleep trying so just do what you did and you prob zonk out. good going and good luck next time.
