Very Strange Experience in Focus 12

So, here we go...

     I was doing the first tape in Wave II of The Gateway Experience "An Intro to Focus 12" for the forth time (i have gotten into focus 12 once on my own as well) and i went into Focus 12, i told my self i only wanted to be guided, and i let the question, is there anyone here, flow out of the center of my consciencness and in every direction, nothing. Then i asked, "what is the most important piece of information i could be given at this time?" now this time, something happened. I started seeing to things glowing, they started coming closer, i was 2 glowing eyes, but not human eyes, very strange evil looking eyes, they started coming closer and closer and i saw a huge mouth open up, full of fangs. The thing was, i only saw the eyes and the mouth, and they were glowing, the thing made me start to panic, it started to come for me, luckily Robert Monroe came in on the tape and brought me back to focus 10.
     
     I evaluated what had just happened, my heart was beating fast, i was very sweaty, and i was hot. Not to mention scared out of my mind. But then i remembered things i had previously read, i decided that it could not hurt me, it was not a threat, and that i would openly accept it if i saw it again.
     
     Back into focus 12, i ask my self the same questions, let them flow out of me in every direction and it appears again, i almost begin to panic, but instead i camly stated in my head, "you can not do anything to me, you are harmless, i am protected, and i am stronger than you, come at me, i openly accept you" and it did, but instead of fear, i started feeling an intense in my body, it was unlike anything i had ever felt, i thought i had felt vibrations before but i obviously had not. It was like a intense almost static vibrating, except in my body, all over my legs, i realized previous feelings i had gotten were kinthsetic and came slightly on the surface of my body, but not these, they were completely inside, i accepted them, and they spread to my arms as well, they did not go to further parts of my body because Robert Monroe started counting down.
     
     After the excersise i was overwhelmed with what happened and it took me a few hours to fall asleep. Speeking of that, i only got five hours of sleep last night but i woke up and felt completely rested nad refreshed. If anyone reads this, could they evaluate this experience for me, did it mean anything, am I just crazy, any similar experiences? any output would be appreciated.

I had that same intense feeling many years ago while meditating one day.
One can really only define it as "Bliss"... I think it's a way that we're guided telling us that we're on the right path, which, in your case sounds accurate.

Hi Meddlehead.

I have used the Monroe Institute's Hemisync CDs but have not tried any of the Gateway Experience. Is the Gateway Experience designed to facilitate an OBE or is it more like guided meditation??
Do you think that you could have deliberately gone out of body during your experience??

The Gateway Experience is specifically designed for OBEs.

What he experienced, assuming it was similar to what I did, just was a blissful experience from meditation.  Definitely no OBE happened on my part.

Okay what i know and experienced myself. Your experience sound similar to the emotions i felt when doing an kundalini meditation. The intense sensation of rising energy is the chakra energy rising. With the opening of the kundalini a feeling of cold is also sometimes experienced. I havent used any self help cd's yet but if you experience such things then the cd is working. Keep up the good work and ja i think that it is possible to project out of what you call "Focus 12". Try it

I experience what you have relayed -everyday . .  (kundalini, yes) . .

The eyes and mouth with fangs, could it have been a snake?
