Where do the vibrations start at? I've tried a couple times and I felt what was like vibrations in my arms but I have never felt vibrations before so I cannot say that they where the the right vibrations. Or if they where just tingling because I had been laying still for such a long period.
When you get exit vibrations, they usually start after you're completely paralyzed/dissociated. Locallized vibrations are not exit vibrations, you will feel them throughout your body, like a scan going up and down it.

...and you will definitely "know" once you experience them. :wink:
So if it like a scan going over your body then I must have been there. I was lying still one night not to long ago listening to a guided mediation video and it felt like a scanner/wave was going up and down my body starting at my head and ending at my feet, this would happen every 5-25 seconds or even a minute till the next wave would come back.
