i dont think you will have enough tape. since most tapes can only record and hour to an hour 1/2. but there is one thing you could try, i think there is a way to get a cord and link the camera to your computer so that all the video by-passes the tape and is recorded strait on the computers hard-drive, but you would have to have your computer whereever you are sleeping. My comp. is all the way on the other side of the house.
what? i thought they had tapes that had 6 hours worth on them? hmmmmmm
Just use a webcam; "plenty" of space on the computer's HD...
Hum, depends on the resolution and your HD size of course.
One thing I wanna try too is to put a sound recorder with noise detection (which only records when there is noise)...
Why do you have to re-invent the wheel? Robert Monroe had projected many times under laboratory conditions. You can read about them in all three of his books.
You mean an EVP right nagual?
Sorry, dunno what EVP stands for...

While I agree in a way, doing your own experiment will have more "value" for yourself. There is a big difference between reading it in books and finding out on your own...

I agree with what you're saying. I guess my point is this. If I read a book on OBE's, and 99% of the things the author says can be verified through my own experiences, then I tend to believe that his laboratory results would match mine if I were to record a projection.
I think different people OBE for different reasons. Some do it for the scientific factor.....wanting to prove to themselves and others the reality of astral projecting. I think I was one of these people in the beginning.
However, the longer I continue on this journey, the more my goals change. Now I don't feel the need to prove this to anyone, because I know it's real on a personal level. If Robert Monroe, a scientific mind, recorded himself projecting under laboratory experiences, I tend to put a lot of faith in his results, since 99% of his other projections closely match my own.
hey everyone i have an idea, i know it might not work but we could try it anyways. Someone or anyone with a camcorder and one of those stands could set it up in front or the side of their bed and while they are projecting, itcould film their movements over night. this will explain what happens while projection is taking place. sometimes when someone is struggling with an entity or something the body will toss and turn even though it kind of lifeless while out of body.
so does anyone want to try this out? i think it would be a good idea.
well cheers,
