. The bird coming into your room..well..I don't know but it sounds really cool..do you know what kind of bird it was?..It might have been a totem animal. The hands..yeah, I have had that happen, it could have been just a guide or higher-self trying to help you out since you weren't scared.  Always go with your first instincts!

This sounds like what happened to me when I separated...I actually felt it on the top of my head. Maybe it was your third eye and you just felt it.

This probably is when you are right on the edge of dream state, but since your mind is awake you hear them, it is pretty common...don't be afraid just go with it.

it was interesting (i haven't read all of it yet) i recognized myself on a few point's actually, that was nice.

the bird in my room was attacking me flying very fast i only saw the wings. I can only imagine it was a bird. i trust my instincts on that one. i saw a bat too when i woke up flying almost transparent (i skipped that part there's to many details) fading away.
i don't think the bird was nice but the cat didn't do a thing.
but i wonder if it was real cause hwen i woke up the "cat" was a peace of my cover (?) kind of shaped that way (same thing happened with a dog once when i woke up). My memories of my hands have always been very hazy, it's almost like i never looked at them but somehow  "know" how they look and have seen them in my imagination.
I remembered using my hands trying to catch the cd flying away and the arm i saw was above my computer so i don't think it was my own. The small hands was very small  and in my face wawing strangely they also whent away when i asked them to. the hands and arms i have seen are kind of pink and bright. I also have a very sharp memory of them.and the arm in my room looked like a picture of a arm with somthing white around it. About my fore head it was at the side of it i felt something, don't know if that matters ?? do you think my body was going to sleep at that moment (I didn't feel tired) and my "mind" was very awake but it's cool that there's good entitys (it seems)
outthere too cause i mostly meet evil ones all the time.

hi! i've been starting to have spontane obe's
don't know why, but it happens alot.
this morning when i woke up i  went up and threw myself into my parents bed cause the dog is always in there and my father's not home and my mother had already got up for the day.
I had a bad experience in my room a day ago in the morning. I woke up and a bird came flying around my bed and something took the hold of my hands so i couldn't move them. This didn't scare me cause ive been through things like that many time even wourse things actually.
i feelt a strong power of some kind (like a wind) pushing me forward from behind at my back later when i got loose.there must have been a  wind there was this cd at my bed that flew up in the air and i tried to catch it. There was a cat there in my bed too, strange thing but anyway..i saw a arm in the air too. ive seen small hands at another obe too. And this morning, my mother woke me up when i almost had fallen asleep in their bed and i moved to the other side cause she apparently as going back to bed again and i was tired. I started doubting that i was awake cause before she tried to wake me up i was waking up by myslef cause she was in the room speaking and it was this thing with my back like
something was mowing under me i was almost a little scared that i was going to move upwards for some reason and when i changed side at the bed and i saw these pictures in my head as i somtimes do when im tired and is going to sleep often before i have an obe.
i saw a somehting for a few seconds that i can't remember but there was something in the room. i can swear i felt something touching my forehead like hitting me a little bit, like a little stone was tossed at me. and i saw a arm in the darkness don't know if is was in the room or if i was closing my eyes i just saw
it. i also heard the usual voices i hear when im falling asleep like this.really weird have anyone had any similar experience like this?
seen any hands?? i don't know if they are evil but i don't think so.
