Was I close or just imagining it?

ok well I was laying in bed trying to OBE [|)]and I kind of forgot what I was doing and all of a sudden my head moved without me making it[:O] but I think maybe It wasnt my physical body moveing [?] and then I think I began to drift off because I felt like I was only half consouse and My hands started shaking like crazy and I heard a buzzing noise. Then all of a sudden I became aware of where I was and what I was doing and it all stopped. [] So what do you think was it my astral self moving when I felt my head move? and was the shaking really the vibrations? as you tell Im new at this...[8D] well I have been trying for a while but havent successfully got out yet. Thanks!
