Hey guys, I haven't been here in awhile since I haven't been attempting to astral project lately but this morning I tried with different results then my past.
I was using binaural beats to help me and I was about 70-80 minutes in before I started to feel different effects. I know the time because I was on my second binaural beat track. What happened was I was dreaming when I started to get these strong waves in my body as if someone was shaking me in a way. They weren't the usual light vibrations I felt before, they actually frightened me. They would go down the height of my body starting from my head and then eventually go the width of my body side to side. It was almost as if my body was morphing. I let it happen for a bit but eventually I couldnt take it anymore so I curled up and laid on my side to stop it. They continued for a little bit more and then stopped and I fell into sleep paralysis which only lasted a few seconds.
So my question is what were we these waves/shakes I was feeling and how close was I to projecting? Is this usually what you feel before projecting?
Thank you for your time all.
Hi,
If they were like an electric shock with no movement or pain then you got them there vibrations you hear about.
Let them pass then try an exit technique. Theres many so read and choose a few that appeal to you.
hmm i think im getting the same vibration feeling after listening to the beats. once mine beats stop my brain still remembers the wob sound and then some how it imatates the sounds and the 2 side's of my brain start resonating the sound and then it travels down to my chest but i cant tell if its the vibrations that we need to feel or are these just something.else? They dont last long either like every exhale breath causes like a 5 sec vibration and the next does the same- Qondering what these waves are.? good or bad sign?

I've experienced the vibrations like you are talking about on my previous attempts but they were nothing like this. These were much stronger and extremely uncomfortable almost as if a giant bubble was traveling up and down the inside of my body. I think its kind of like Elektro said, like my body was moving to the pulsating wobble of the binaural beat but I'm not really sure. I am going to attempt again in a little bit and report back with any interesting results.
Hi,
The word 'intense' has a real meaning when the vibrations abound.
As you've described.
Safe travels.
