I think I had my first experience

I have been trying to AP for 3 weeks now and last night after reaching the vibrational state I noticed all of the sudden a window in front of me..it had a bright light behind it. But thats all I could make out. This was not my window either which I found weird. It lasted a few seconds then it went away but it felt like I was there and it was 1st person. So whos window was this or maybe I made the window up in my head?
