I had an OBE the other night. I met this guy who was awesome. Talked for awhile.
I guess I lost focus and fell asleep after the chat. I was still OBE'ing after the chat. Next thing I know, I aware, back in my bed. I am on my stomach. I can hear my mom and dad arguing about something up in the living room. There is this band of warmness horizontally across the small of the my back, from hip to hip. I feel hands there, laying and grasping. I think at this point I am sort of OBE, as I can read energy around me at this point. I knew, just knew at that point that the same guy I met while OBE was there. It was more like he was trying to grab onto my astral self to pull me up out to try to get me to OBE.
It's how I came to know one of my guides. That's what they sometimes do. Either they wait for you to ask them to give you 'a hand' and help you lift. Or they just grab you ahead of time. In my case it is also often the wrist (or a bit below it) on both sides.
I had what I then called the "cut-that-crap!"-lesson once: I was lying there waiting for the vibrations to set in, as usual. Then she (Katja, one of my guides) started however already grabbing me at the wrists in order to drag me out. That is how I indirectly learnt (was taught) that you need not wait for vibrations to set in for an exit. Nice experience and lesson learnt it was. :-)
Thanks for clearing it up for me. by the way, Katja has a cool name. The one that tried getting me to OBE had the simple name of Walt. Do the guides have whatever names we kind of give them, or do they use their own?

I am being told these names all the time. Not all are 'mundane'. Some are not human at all, or at least sound 'exotic'. But maybe they just give them to us for sth to relate to because it's human to give people you interact with names. They know this maybe. So it's not certain if they really have names at all or just doing this for our comfort. It also comes in handy when you want to call out for a specific helper, which sometimes but not always works however, in my case.
Cool, thanks! This cleared a lot up for me :-)
