Hi I've had a few astral projections and lucid experiences in the astral. I'm quite familiar with getting stuck in places.
What usually happends to me is that I eventually loose control and I can't control things anymore, then everything turns black and I drift off to a dream or wake up.

What happend last night was wierd because I felt the vibrations and heard the ringing / buzz noise as usual. Got up out of bed and I think I jumped, but I fell into my bed and got sucked into it.
I got sucked in a spiral that went down and down. Like a tornado but instead of getting shot up in the air I got pulled down.
