Hello everyones

I should say that I dont know nothing about travel, OBE, or any other things so don't esitate to give me extra info or extra description.

I also apologies for my poor english.

To make my history short:
With meditation,  I can now  control my breath really easily and come into deep breath in 15 min approx. I calculated about 3 to 4 stage of breath that I experienced: 1-concious breath: 2-relax breath 3-sleeping breath and 4-deep breath in the stage where my body is in deep sleep but I was still fully aware and fully consious. By putting my attention on my breath I can go down stage by stage. Each time I have the feeling that the breath is located further down my body as if my consiousness was further and further away.

But at my last meditation, I got to a point of concentration where the breath was the only thing left in my representation of my physical body and I could define or conceptualize my consiousness without a body at all.  At that stage I was in deep breath (deep sleep) and when I was exhaling, I was feeling that my consiousness was going away down another level to the unknown (kind of leaving my body)? I had to voluntarily breath in to kind of "stay with my body" and that was bringing me back up 1 or 2 level of breath, sometimes up to consious breath. This lasts for hours long ( I meditated all the night in my bed). I felt that I could let go my consciousness by letting go my breathing but I did not dare to exhale long enough to see where it could lead me. It is like asking someone to stop breathing, it is scarry. The experience was not that fun when I decided to stop meditating. I was opening my eyes, moving, sitting in my bed, but each time that I was going back my head on the pillow and closing my eyes to sleep I was instantly going back to that stage of deep breath and going away as if I was falling down without any obstacle and all that everytime fully consious of ererythings. So I was "stuck" there because I had to stay aware of my breath, and like a sentinel sometime forcing a counsious inhaling in order to stay with my body, all the night going down and up and down certain level of breathing!.. I even tried to sleep sited but it doesn't changed anything. After that night I stopped meditating and it took 2 nights before I could sleep normally without going down directly to that stage ( and I was not meditating any more). What is this? What happen if I hexal long time? any one have lived the same experience? any idea?

STRANGE VIBRATIONS?
At any time I was going to stage of deep breath, when I come back I could feel strange vibration on my body.  The vibrations was like waves of about 2 oscillations per seconds. It looks like deep waves vibrations like a little eartquake or when you are on a bridge and a heavy truck passes beside you and you can feel the bridge vibrating. I could not know if I was the "emitter" or the "receiver" of these waves. I could not feel neither the source of them. I could feel the waves by placing my hand on my arm or my legs or any parts of my body. Usually I cannot feel them in the meditation but I fell them after it and many hours and days after. I am at my third day without meditation and I can still feel subtile waves sometime on my body. As I said in order to feel these waves I have to touch a part of my body with my hand and I feel the wave from my hands as if I was touching an appliance that was vibrating. I started to feel these wave gradually from few meditations before the start of my last experience as if I was becoming slowly more aware as my concentration was going deeper and deeper. At the beginning they where so subtle that I though I was immaginating or maybe I was tired but It got so strong that It became really obvious and present.
Any ideas? Anyone experienced the same thing? any theories?

PERSISTENCY
It is know my third day without meditation and I can still feel some subtle vibrations sometime during day in my normal life, I also tried just a quick meditation of 10 min to see and I felt that I could go back to that stage of deep sleep easly. I dod not continued because I would like to understand more befor to go back there and not being able to sleep anymore.

If you have any ideas what could be these phenomenas, If you have any experiences on either one or many of them, If you have any knowledge on the theory of these things based on literature or your own knowledge, please help me to understand this!!!!

If what I am describing is something that fit in an OBE or travel or other description please give me information on where can I learn de details and the how-to and the dangers of these things? As I said earlier I am totaly not familiar with these kind of things.

Thank you very much for your support!  :-)

You might be trying too hard. Just relax and enjoy the experience. Breathing exercises can be a great way to enter trance, but after you enter a trance, try a different exit technique. Focus on something other than you're breath and let it do it's thing. Visualizing is good at this point. Spend a little time each day practicing entering a trance, maybe 30 to 60 minutes, and slowly get used to the sensations (vibrations) and experience. After a while things may start to happen on their own.

Good luck and have fun.
