Today i went OBE again and i wanted to go to first floor to see can i see my parents there with my astral body (it was daytime). And again it was so hard to fly correctly i lapsed into floor and crashed into seiling when i made out from my room into coridore [|)] then it was so hard to see anything that i serendipitously opened my eyes a bit and projecting stopped.
Hey thats great to hear mam :) the reason why your crashing about like that is due to inexperience, dont worry man, after a while you will master it.
maybe it could be because in the physical you think you cant, EX: when i first started projecting i was having trouble walking threw walls becasue in the physical i knew it could not be done, so just try to belive 100% that you can.

sleepwalker is right.. for me its often doubt that stops me from flying. Or fear something is going to hold me down (in a nightmare scenario). Good luck with flying next time and congrats on the OBE

When i woke up from dream, i went OBE, it was daytime, i went out from my window as i always wanted (i live on the second floor), but when i got out through my window i fall onto the ground and then i was on the front of opposite house and everything was so bright [:D] It was so miraculous feeling that i smiled and that brought me back into my body [|)] When i woke up then my body felt like without blood and nerves as usually, every bodypart paralysed until i move it a bit.
