Whats your Technique rastus for AP [8)]

Seven

Hi Rastus,

How did you go about demanding lucidity?  Did you do this just when you got comfortable in bed?  Did you do it continuously until you fell asleep?  Did you do it just at the point of falling asleep?  Or was it a series of affirmations throughout the day?

I've demanded my vibrations to be raised from an LD, with the intent of having an OBE, which worked in that I managed to get out of my physical body although not for long!

But since I haven't had any LDs for a while, I'd be interested in knowing how to induce one!  Thanks  [:)]

Rastus

I demanded it in the dream.

As to having LD's?  Hmmm.  Not sure.  I have more than 1 a week and less than 100.  I have more when I'm well rested and meditate before bed.  I have more when I fall asleep meditating.  I have more when I do High Energy work before falling asleep.

I have less if I eat in bed, or drink anything but juice/water.  I have less if I watch distracting TV or movies (violent or gory).  I have less if I'm still angry about something during the day.

AP's are the same way.

OBE's I can't do [:P] and i think I now know why...
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

Thats cool that the "i demand lucidity" worked for you. i have never tried it, but i want too. normally i just think about my scenary getting more vivid, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. i want to try actually saying it though next time. you are definantly right about the plan! i have wasted so many LD's because, when your in a LD, there is SO MUCH to do, it you dont know what you wanna do, you can just stand there, thinking the whole time. i have now learned to plan every single night, just in case. sometims, when i get into a LD, i dont even care about my old plan, i just get really happy and fly [:P] but its no fun at all to wast a lucid dream thinking about what to do. when you talk in a lucid dream, do you hear yourself? i have never tried to say anything, on any of my non-physical travels, i would really like a more consistant way of obtaining a clearer lucid dream, its really dissapointing when you realize your dreaming, but the whole time its fuzzy and you barely remember it.

Whoops!

Had an LD last night.  Now I 'remembered' from the forum to 'demand lucidity'.  No problem, I was very lucid.  Then I messed up and 'demanded reality'.  Actually I was thinking of something else, but I didn't want to go (teleport started and I stopped it cold) there so it sort of slipped out.

Talk about dull [:P]  Took me 5 subjective minutes to work around the limitations I imposed on myself.  Let that be a lesson to be careful what you ask for!

Another tip for LD's is to have a plan ahead of time.  I'm standing there in a field, lucid, trying to figure out what I want to do first [:I] and I kept waffling over 2-3 things.  Always have a plan!

Next time I'm going to Disney World!
