Thanks for sharing your post ... what an odd and interesting experience ... quite backwards to the *typical* OBE (i.e. seeing your body from the double's point of view).

This happened to a friend of mine. It's called splitting- different parts of your soul/consiousness looking at each other.
She was a stewardess on a flight when all the sudden she became double. She saw herself, looking at herself. They smiled at each other.
She has no idea what triggered it, but it's the only otherworldly type experience she's ever had.

This happened earlier today.I was on my side drifting off into trance,meaning to project.I started to get a low powered remote view,flying over a side walk.I reconized the street,when I came around a bend.Vibes kicked in.

So I turn my eyes upward and bring my awareness to my brow.This technique is great.Its almost like turning up one of those light switches that you can control the brightness.

I got some astral vision of my bedroom,what I saw was really strange.The shape of a ghostly white eyeball right in the middle of my view.This startled me and It  broke my concentration.The vibes weakened a bit.

Than things started getting clearer.And a face started coming out of the darkness.It was mine,very translucent.For a few secs I looked at it.And than it flew up and out of my vision.

I was left there thinking wait for me.http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>Now I know what I look like when im out.The same thing happened lator on.But I did not see myself again.and I didnt make it out either.

Most my projections I have blanked out and missed the vibes.Im certain its this new technique Ive been trying out.And the wave 1 cds must be helping.I guess its going to take some time to get used to doing it this way.
