 Every little bit helps. I find that as soon as I purchase something I am showing myself my level of commitment. Earlier this year I purchased a program by Dr. Steve G. Jones on Astral Travel. It's price tag was $180, I have no regrets for this purchase at all. It was informative and aided me in finding a comfortable technique that works for me. I still use his 1 hour Binural Beat MP3 when I wish to experience a longer Phase Session. I didn't really care for the Hypnosis technique that he uses, but I am sure it works for many people. After 29 years of constant smoking I gave up the habit 3 years ago cold turkey. I just put down my cigarettes and said to myself "that's enough" and never smoked again. So the Hypnosis thing was never needed, I knew how to program my mind when I was a teenager.
