K, last night I woke up, mentally, and I had massive vibrations, and I couldn't move at all. I tried to yell but I couldn't. I had blankets on me, and I sat up and didn't feel anything on me. Then I felt like I was getting pulled back into my body... I have never actually had an oobe. Is this one???
By the way I'm a new member, I joined today because I had that experience last night. :smile:

yep. you woke up but you didnt "wake up".
next time dont let the fear get the best of you. Just FORGET your body even exists. Visualize someplace nice, and go deeper into relaxation.
Yeah I should, it kind of caught me by surprise though, freaked me out, well more like shocked me. Yeah I hope it happens soon again, I will try to completely separate...
