Hey just thought id post my experiences with astral projection from day one. :) so lemme start :P

oh and before i start i just wanted to say, a few days ago i felt the same big buzz glowy feeling i did in this excerpt here, before i knew about astral projection but it felt as if i had just fell....and my head was formerly lifted up. has this ever happened to you ? when you hear about somthing and it comes up the next day ? i.e once i saw this custom made stage prop a few years ago, a few years later i saw the EXACT same thing in the EXACT same place, and i asked the people who made it and they said they only made it that week.

Day 1: id been reading more than ever today about astral projection, after a couple of ours reading all the info on http://www.astralvoyage.com/ it was time to get to bed, in the UK it was 12AM, week night so thought id go, i thought while i was in bed i might as well try it, despite it being late. So i started to concentrate on my breathing, then tried really hard on focusing about a picture or one place. I did this, and felt the small slight sound of my mind, then felt the vibrations through my body, just light ones. i concentrated harder, trying to forget about astral projection and all of a sudden this big fuzzy crackling noise went through my head ! and i felt as if i was glowing or somthing, the vibrations got stronger and then i got abit excited and it went slightly, i remembered it saying to keep on focusing so i did, and i felt as if my body had only JUST moved out of line of the physical body a tiny bit but someone walking around in my house got me out of the state, i tried a few more times, but my alarm went off, and for some reason the tiniest noise got me out of the state. so just to tell any people speculating it. IT REALLY WORKS ! im going to try again tonight a few more, times and hopefully ill get to the planes.


Questions: 

1. When you do get into the stage of moving out of your body do you try to physically move your arms or just, think about them moving ?

2. does astral projection feel like real life somtimes ?

3. could you really tell what the lottery numbers were the next day ?

4. if your projecting and someone else you know is projecting at the same time can you talk to them in the astral plane and they will remember the talk as you do ??

5. anyone else just starting out ?

P.S What do i do once i get a big fuzzing noise in my head and im vibrating ? i think that is the time im ready to come out but i dont know how...i imagined stepping out of bed but no dice..also i heard that you just move as if you normally wood, but that just awoke me from the trance and moved my physical body :S

Going to check for this weekends loto numbers. Let you know how it goes.  :-)
Also, earplugs help me alot for sudden unexpected noises. If it's something like a clock ticking, I get used to it, actually helps sometime to keep me awake.

1- Trying to move will usually end it for me. I think about moving, and I am gone. .
2- Sometimes it feels more real to me than "real" life. Things are felt or seen in more intensity.
3- I never have tried.  Usually, if I try to see numbers or letters, I cannot make sense of them, and the more I try, the hazier they get. 
4- I have had times I have tried this, but although there were similarities in what I saw compared to my co-projector, the absolute details were a bit off.
5- I have been doing I since I was a kid.  But, sometimes it seems I am just beginning.
PS- My key is to have a goal in mind always- even in waking life.  Make it so this is something you always think about- You want it with all of your being. Then the key is that when you actually have the vibrations, keep that desire strong but try not to want it so bad you come out of it.  At that time, you have to try to observe without the emotion taking over.  Definitely, do not rush the vibrations.  Make them strong. Try to get them as high frequency as you can and smooth them out. If it feels smooth it is better than if it is rough and in and out-.

@INNERvOYAGER thanks allot :) i might try earplugs and can't wait to see what numbers you get :P

@ancient_one Thanks for answering my questions i will try to focus on moving myself, not actually trying to move now :) and that last bit about the goal is what i was having trouble with, never heard it explained like that so im going to try that tonight :P hopefully it works

just for my second day :)

Day 2: i did the same techniques as before but it was allot harder, so as i was scattering through the same memories i found it made the vibrations larger ! and i kept doing it till i got the fuzzy/light feeling, but then as soon as i got it, i wasent thinking about it atall, it went ! i tried again and got to that stage many times trying to focus on one picture when it happened or to focus on a scatter of memories, still. no dice :S but now i can try ancient_one's way of doing it and i hope it works ! ill keep you posted !
