I am currently writing a novel for NaNoWriMo based on Astral Travel so if you guy/gals could post some useful links for the following would be great:
• Astral travel
• Astral experiances
• First time projecting
• ...and what you are able to do or might do in the Astral planes.
P.S: i am currently learning how to project so some advise or do's or dont's wouldnt go admiss :-D
