Forgot OBE until doing Energy Work today

BOATS

I awoke earlier today after a few hours sleep and decided to do some energy work.  I have not done any real meditation in awhile or worked on my Chakra's.  The reason for this was I had been looking through the posts for Energy Development last night and thinking about getting Mr. Bruce's new book "Mastering Astral Projection".  After about ten minutes I started to imagine exiting my body and the associated feelings that would occur and realized that I had done at least two Astral Projections earlier in the day and totally forgot them.  I was simply due to the NEW techniques that I was doing that brought the memory back else I would have forgotten entirely.  The first I could recall was Sleep paralysis that allowed me to roll out of bed to my right and onto the floor in the RTZ.  This is a common occurrence for me to have to get up off the floor and make my way to my bedroom door as soon as possible.  I reached the door opened it and got into my living room and kitchen.  After this I do not recall much but found myself back in bed and exited the same way but went out the front door instead.  Usually what happens at this point is I get pulled backwards into the air while looking at my home and this happened this time also.  I probably got pulled about 100 feet up and decided to come down.  This was actually a great experience as it felt like coming down on a roller coaster at full speed.  The sensation of butter flies in my stomach was much better then the best roller coaster I have ever been on and made the whole experience worth wild.  The energy work and the OBE have left me kind or disoriented today however.  I don't know why but energy work always leaves me a bit sluggish.

Nice experience BOATS - thanks for sharing.

It's encouraged me to write up an OBE I had this afternoon.  I wasn't going to bother (I've had dozens of similar OBEs, and it gets very boring writing up the same stuff time after time), but you've spurred me into action!

Thanks.  :D
