Ok, first of all, how many people go to Astral Pulse Island? 
Secondly, is this a theory to test the development of astral existences through psionic charge of perceptual realities?

I will say that one must have some spiritual attainment in the first place to be able to go astral. I don't think it's something that you can just automatically do just because you exist.  Falling under Harmonic States, perhaps, but this is the direct result of spiritual capacity as existent omniversal potential through psychic self control.

In approximately five hours, I am going to use my shadow gate to access Astral Pulse Island.  It will be both method of sustained phantasy meditation and generative physical and nervous exertions.  Some meditation will be used between now and then to prepare the mind for the state transfer.  It will be a time based meditation, in which every hour will see an hour's break between the next hour of psionic charge.  Universal Harmony shall be attempted to be maintained, through a conceptual awareness trigger.

Join me, and from this base networking point within the altered dimensions, maybe we will go on a quest to another scape of the soul together.

Ok, I'm not going to try it tonight, nobody replied, so I don't know if anyone is going to try and meet me there.  When I do try it, I'm going to use this exact technique...

1. Meditation for ten minutes... meditation on Infinite Space and Eternal Time within body, to form the projective basis.  Awareness of body is included, as physical spasms and neural vibrations wlll be used in exertion to try and expand the astral dimensions within my body, like a metaphysical matrix.
2. At moment of having attained Cosmic Form in hallucinatory sensation, full effort will be made to concentrate the astral reality of Astral Pulse Island.  The reality will be considered external, and will be imploded from the universal fringe at warp light speeds, with psi phase set in actuality of perception.
3. The Cosmic Body will be held in place, and the astral island will be gravitated to the cosmic body through telemetric induction.  At the moment of sensing the acceleration of consciousness to the new dimensional state, interflux phasic consistency will resonate the actuality of the astral dimension, and there will be an expansion of the concentrated reality within the cosmic body so that the entire projection is a equilibriated psionic complex.

If anyone wants to meet me at the astral pulse island I will not try this technique until at least one person has agreed to show up via their own means.  I'm a little tired tonight anyway, so it's just as well.

I still have faith in the Astral Pulse Island, there is an image that I already have in mind, but for some reason, it seems like there is a Crystal Pyramid to the north west of the island, and a symbol of the holy cross with a moon symbol in the north east side.  If I look more closely, there is a small cabin or hut of some kind just off the shore of the bay, and a good looking middle aged man carrying a white ball in his hand.

I like your spirit.
My experience with Astral Pulse Island (API) is somewhat limited. I posted a few ideas way back when the original concept of API was first proposed. Then I sparodically tried to astral project to API for the next 2 or 3 months.
So far I have not been to API in an astral projection though I have 'been there' a few times through creative visualization meditations.

So if you are up for go at API then I propose the follwing ---
I will try to astral project to API tonight, tomorrow night (March 18 US eastern time zone) and again on Thursday night (March 19). If I cannot AP there then I will again attempt to travel there by visualization meditation (this might be considered a variation of remote viewing)
If you want to try to meet me at API then please make an attempt to do so on any or all of these 3 nights..

I will next post here on this thread on Friday March 20.

Its Saturday so I missed posting yesterday  - Friday - as I said I would.

Anyway, here is a short summary of my progress - or more accurately lack of progress, in reaching API.

Basically no real progress any of the last 4 nights. Yet this does not really discourage me much. Sometimes I need to stay with a "project" for a week or more before getting any real results.
SOooo - I intend to keep trying to 'visit' API for the next several days. Have no idea if I will have any type of success but feel that the possible result is worth the effort expended.
Will post here in a couple of days.

I think it's a shame not much is happening with API at the moment. I will be willing to try visiting there once I figure out how to induce an out of body experience again (I used to do it many times a week; I didn't realise it would be so easy to forget). Also I think it's easier to go to a person you have some emotional attachment to rather than some location you've never been to. Any ideas about how to exploit that? Could we make up a character to inhabit the API permanently, like a cartoon character?

Right Dingo. 
That just might work. Maybe some type of thought elemental-being could be mentally 'implanted' at API by one person (or several people) (via meditation or guided visualization). Then this thought elemental could be used to focus ones intention once out of body to travel to API.
It would be necessary to 'maintain' that thought elemental through regular meditation to prevent it from dissipating away. Yet it might be a workable method.

Regarding warper is it just me or is he a pretentious ****hole. Its a nice idea but cant figure out if you've only written this to show off your vast array of totally unnecessary words. So here's what i'll be doing tonight. Going to close my eyes, meditate for a bit and if I have an astral projection or later on a lucid dream then thats great but if not well there's always tomorrow. But realistically the last place I would want to be mate is stuck on an island with you!
