I THINK I made it!

This morning I woke up, but didn't exactly move my body, so I was still really relaxed. I thought I'd try APing, and the vibrations came. I floated out... and looked back at my body... it wasn't there.  I was kinda shocked, since I could put my hand through the walls. "am I dead?" I thought. Then this weird yellow dog-like creature appeared on my bed and said "Your physical body is dead." I felt astral tears on my cheeks. Then I woke up.

I was still super relaxed and the vibrations came again. I felt myself sinking under my bed. I floated out, and looked at my body again. I was there, and my eyes opened.  Then... I realized I was in my bed, watching myself looking at me, and at the same time... I was standing there watching myself in my bed. This confused the hell out of me.  Then I started having a conversation with myself.
Me standing: I'm gonna go to API now!
Me lying: Okay...
Me standing: This is weird.
Me lying: I know...
Me standing: Hmm what should I wear?
My lying: Uhh... skirt, shoes, and a shirt?
Me standing: Okay.. well... byee!

Then I my awareness was back in my astral body and I decided to try something new. I imaged that outside my window was API... and as I float through the blinds, I would see it!

It worked!..... kinda.... I saw an island with these huge colorful flowers on it. No people or nothing. just... huge flowers. I realized I was walking on water. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON NOW?!?!!??!" I said to myself.  I looked around and saw there were other islands too. They were all weird looking.... some had huge flowers.... some had nothing but brown sand. I saw a lady near by and asked her... "Umm hi! Do you happen to know where an island with a pyramid in the middle, and palm trees is? Some people may have referred it as astral pulse island."  The lady nodded and said "this way..."

We were both walking on water as she led me past some strange looking islands. On the way I was telling her how I have a body on earth and that I'm astral projecting. She didn't respond, and just kept walking.  Before I knew it... I SAW API!. It had the palm trees.... and a pyramid in the middle... and.........a christmas tree??? I got really excited and said "Thank you!!!!" But, she was gone.

I ran to the island... and I saw there were chairs lined up in a row on the beach. There was an announcement being made over a microphone.. but didn't may much attention to it. I walked passed the chairs with people in them. All seemed to be in there 40's. They looked at me kinda weird, maybe because I'm 15? Anyway, I sat next to a man with a beige looking suit and made sure I was wearing clothes. (Lol, I had a bad dream where I wasn't wearing clothes) I sat in this chair... and then I woke up.

Was this it? Or was I someplace else? Why was there a christmas tree and chairs, and announcement?! Some people were wearing suits... and the man I sat next to was kinda balding. Maybe someone from the forum was there and saw me? I had shoulder-length wavy brown hair, red lipstick on, a jean skirt, and black boots on. OH and I had a brown purse I think. I kinda looked like I stepped out of the eighties. lol. (I looked in a mirror to see myself.)  The christmas tree was large, maybe 17 feet tall? And it was covered in decorations.

I'm not sure if it's all my imagination, but I was DEFINITELY not expecting what I saw. (meaning the chairs, and the christmas tree.)  So maybe I was actually there? Hmm... it's hard to say.

I've never seen my physical body.  Whenever I've remembered to look, it's not there!!  God knows where it is - probably gone off for a wander on its own.

This is really funny, not just because it's funny (which it is) but because I know EXACTLY what you are talking about.  Our brains can't quite comprehend that we can actually do this, and yet at the time it is simply the most natural thing in the world to be not only in two places at the same time, but also be two seemingly separate entities.  I once did it with three of me.  Don't ask me to explain what's happening when this goes on - I haven't a clue, but it's a whole lot of fun.

This happens to me also.  My awareness tends to come back to the physical about 3 times, sometimes more, sometimes less, which means I get 3 "goes" at doing something.  

That's a damn interesting experience you had there.  It sounds like the API in terms of the structure.  Everyone's experience of the Island is different, because we all have our own personal "viewpoint" of it.  Hmmm, I'm not very good at explaining this.  I know Frank posted an explanation.  Let me see if I can find it.  

While I'm looking, I would say that whenever I go, it tends to be very quiet (apart from my latest jaunt where there was a big party going on!).  When Hannah goes, there tends to be lots of people around.  So it's hard to say anything for definite.  There have been some experiments on the Island, and we've had a few successes.  There does seem to be a general consensus with those that have been to the Island that there are "Islanders" that live there (or non-physical people), who are nothing to do with the AP, and in actual fact these Islanders seem to find our journeys amusing.  As to why you saw things, perhaps because they were there?  The Christmas tree might have been put up expecially for us lot from AP - perhaps it's the Islanders having a little joke?  

The fact that you saw things that were outside of your imagination (as you say) suggests that you were "somewhere".  Gosh, I'm getting myself into an awful verbal muddle here.  I'll go and find that post.  Hang on.
