Astral Dynamics Workbook: question

If you are not able to get Astral Dynamics then I am sure the workbook is better than nothing. I have not used the workbook, but I think it should be helpful since I think it is geared toward making you try to project. The book gives you lots of information, but most of it can be found on the forums if you are not able to get it.

Have you tried Amazon.com? That's where I buy a lot of the books that aren't available lolcally.

I have found the Workbook 90 days in the astralpulse.com. I cannot have the complet bokk "Astral Dynamics" from R.Bruce, since i leave in Portugal. My question is this: the material contained in the article "Workbook 90 days" that i have found in the net, is enough for me (a begginer) to understand all that is mentioned there? I read some parts, and they seem relatively easy, but i don´t know if that applies to all the article, since i don´´t have the complet book from R.Bruce.
