Abhishek Agarwal's "Astral Projection: Amazing Journeys Outside Your Body" book. This was the book that brought the out of body experience back into the mainstream conversational culture in the 20th century, simply because of Abhishek's own social and intellectual respectability. He combined his 15 years of knowledge and experience and created a very comprehensive, informative guide. It is 167 Pages, and is written in a very simple layman language. And yes, it is fully illustrated for better understanding.
Anyway, i like this book as a astral beginner...
Yea good book i started to read it yesterday.
Is this it here? -http://www.astralprojectnow.com/
is it neccesary to pay for it from this site or is it in the public domain?
just wondered cos sometimes opportunists try to sell books that are in the public domain as ebooks

i like 'the projection of the astral body' by sylvan muldoon. it taught me how to project.
The first book about AP that I ever read was by Carrington and Muldoon. I forgot what it was called though.

that may be the book that i just mentioned. it's called 'the projection of the astral body', although they had a follow-up book too with a different title. i'm not sure which one you read.
I think that was the one. It was the practical approach book, not the scientific proof book.
